Our Mission

Empowering individuals to rise, restore, and rebuild.

Pinnacle Peer Services is dedicated to empowering individuals to rise above life's challenges, restore balance, and build meaningful futures through peer support, mentorship, and personal development. Guided by integrity, balance, and courage, we provide structured pathways that help individuals stabilize, grow, and ultimately thrive as resilient and contributing members of their communities.
Core Values
Integrity

We operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability, building trust through respectful, ethical, and confidential care in every interaction.

Balance

Lasting change happens when individuals find balance across recovery, work, relationships, and well-being. We build sustainable growth, not quick fixes.

Courage

Courage is not the absence of fear. It is choosing to act anyway, guided by confidence and moral clarity. We walk alongside individuals as they face hard things, trusting that reason and purpose are stronger than doubt.

Pinnacle Peer Services LLC

Lived experience.
Real results.

Nobody figures this out alone. Brett Bedinger built Pinnacle Peer Services on that simple truth.

Alongside his own recovery journey, Brett built years of hands-on experience inside the recovery industry, working in Admissions and Operations. He learned how these organizations work, where they serve people well, and where they fall short. The most consistent gap he saw was simple: people needed someone in their corner, one on one, not just a system to move through.

That conviction led him to start Pinnacle Peer Services. Brett also brings over 20 years of U.S. Army service to this work. The same values that defined his military career, showing up, following through, and never leaving someone behind, are the ones he brings to every client relationship.
